Flow

Flow: Life is all about ‘flow.’ That was my reflection this morning. Nothing new I suppose. But it hit home that throwing yourself in the river, in effect you are literally throwing yourself in the ‘flow’ Thought made me smile this morning anyway… a symbolism for my seeming madness! Anyways…the flow and the river…

Energy flow is no different and that  – energy quite simply being within and around everything – is something else that for me is not a ‘belief’ but a simple fact… everything IS energy. Symbolically throwing yourself into the ‘flow’ of that  energy – well there is a lot to be said for that too. Its great I feel that Quantum Physics is finally catching up with what many mystics and ancient cultures have known all along. Energy flows, energy manifests and that we literally shape this energy flow into ‘form’ with our thoughts. Shaping then our lives and our experiences. We create our reality.

Simple then- to change anything – just observe and change thoughts… ha!

But our human thoughts programmed as they are with perceptions beliefs and habits, run their ‘programs’ and our brain like a massive computer. Subconsciously creating our experiences without much conscious thought or observation from us.

This ‘brain’ and energy field has to be ’defragged’ There are lots of ways… the MYnd Space audios for one! But what ever way you choose and which ever path you follow its is certainly worth choosing a path and making the commitment to yourself to stick to it. Not simply to be inspired for a day…and feel uplifted by the thought of it (as your Soul indicates that it may be possible for you to change your reality and life experience)…but then do nothing and slip back, with the pull of gravity into ‘old’ behaviours and thoughts.

Change means you have to well…change. Do some ‘doing’ Observe your thought patterns and ’triggers’, do an honest self inventory of your perceptions and habits that may be holding you back and seeking to change these. A support structure around you is pretty much essential. This is where the MYnd Space material helps. Old habits and thoughts are ‘tricksy’ (good old Gollum a prime example of that) negative self talk and deep set perceptions take  ‘time’ to change. Neuro science has discovered that neuro pathways in the brain can be changed but that it takes on average thirty days for ‘new’ neuro pathways to become ’habits’ that then run subconsciously. Having a support structure around you whilst this takes place helps, keeping you ‘on track,’ and moving you forward to the end game… That being, more energy flow…a more expansive outlook and a more expansive life experience, that reflects the core of who you are…a life in which you feel truly fulfilled and happy.

Find your ‘path’ and walk the talk…
