Sand Angels

Sand Angels: I love this place, it is really special… sad today however as I was reflecting on echoes of a time past when I was last here feeling really happy …but life and dynamics change… Hard when you feel that the moments, like water through your fingers have slipped away…at such times it is a challenge to accept the flow and ‘Be’ when what you desperately wish for with body and mind, is that the flow of life hadn’t followed a particular path…

But then …you never know what is around the corner… the flow happens for a reason, to clear away the debris, to allow for new growth… and so ultimately just around the corner there is the opportunity for new, positive experiences and more happy times…

The waters here reminded me of this today…and after my swim I lay in the shallows and made sand angel movements in the water – much to the delight of the people in their full wet weather gear on the cliff

Whatever… I made them smile…and feeling like a child… I smiled too… washing away the old and being open for the new things to be revealed…

So… allow yourself to let go of your past hurt and pains… don’t limit yourself and cling to the rock of doubt and projections of further hurt… smile and embrace the new…
