Endings and Beginnings

Endings and Beginnings with the Solstice then….’In the deep mid-winter’. May not exactly be ‘Earth as hard as iron and water like a stone’ however….Wet and boggy ground and raging river in full spate was more apt for today. Although with sixty mile an hour winds and a water temperature that cuts ou to the core…the day does have an icy feel to it never the less.

Been a year of change and flow…lots it appears had to be released and the flow bringing glimpses of what possibly could come about as a result…like a rainbow of changes to come,. These may not have exactly come about…yet…but then this is Mid Winter…not Mid Summer…the cusp of change therefore…

Had a solstice fire in the early hours and let go of the remnants…feel that I have been in this state of being before and recognise the pre-quantum leap…it is scary…you feel out of your comfort zone and things appear to be falling away as your perception to the previous state of quo dramatically shifts…but I refuse to cling and prevent the leap, however scary…its odd how when you live at the edge of your comfort zone you just cant cling…you just simply cant… you know how self destructive clinging can be and no matter what old fears raise their head…you just cant listen to them…rather you follow the flow…even if that feels as scary and overwhelming as those white water rapids on the river today…

…I simply recognise the need for expansion and growth – it is after all a natural phenomenon…isn’t that what life is? And is about?

So…what do you need to release to free you from inhibition?..what fear do you need to release that is perhaps causing you constraint?
