Have a good day: River glowing golden brown in the morning light today and the sun actually felt like it had some warmth in it… Everything seemed calm.

Birds out in unison making the most of the sunshine. Just so lovely to feel the ‘lightness’ all around. Can’t help but feel uplifted with the familiar inner contentment warming through your core on a day like today…Even if…as my son just pointed out…the river water was freezing cold – warm glow was not diminished.

Have a good day… enjoy the lightness…
