SUP Board

SUP Board: River sublime this morning –swim postponed as Sup board was calling and so headed down river to the estuary. Totally awesome with the river looking like glass, magical and expansive…

Birds a plenty in the water and along the river banks and the world had a silent tropical feel as headed upstream. Just can’t get enough of the sense of freedom and solitude that this part of the river can offer…

Fell badly fell running last week and have been pushing through with shredded palms and shredded left leg. It felt such a lovely change of pace to be standing still paddling on SUP … And with the Dart doing what it does naturally… being awesome and beautiful…I felt really privileged to ‘let go’ and to be ‘flowing’ with the its tide this morning…

And breathe…
