Dream Big: Vision from the sea today: of humanity splitting…institutions, the reifications of ‘man,’ built to progress and support society being seen to have become beasts in their own right. Rather than be progressive, blinded by their own power were fighting for their own security and survival … similarly many individuals, ‘fight’ for their individual survival and security…after all the material world is ‘out there’ … objects to be ‘got’…relationships to be had… castles to be built…in order to feel successful…to fit… to feel ‘safe’
Reification – ‘representing a human being as a physical thing deprived of personal qualities or individuality’ according to Marx.
Not everyone reflects on the meaning…the purpose of life….
Why are we here?
Or if they do, even if individuals reflect and seek to understand. many feel the restrictions of ‘modern society’… and remain feeling ‘too small’ or feel too insignificant to do anything…’ After all it’s just how life is right?’
Wrong.
Throw one stone into a calm pond and the ripples eventually fill the entire surface…we all accept that without question. Throw more stones…the greater the ripples… and yet the ripples eventually cease…and nothing has permanently changed. Move stones within and around the pond however and you can change its shape…this takes more effort, takes a commitment, takes physical ‘doing’ to achieve…but the pond will change…this doesn’t mean that the pond is destroyed it simply means that it has changed its appearance, its shape…the pond, that ‘body’ is pliable, it has morphed into a different way of being…
So can everything morph, institutions, political and social systems in all their forms can morph… if you seek things to be different in your life, in the world…all it takes is for the individual to become a ripple of change… become completely who they are…at their core…and connecting to that authentic self, live their life expressing their fulfillment, joy and happiness, doing what they love to do in a way that sustains them…and so inspiring others to connect to their own authentic selves and to experience their own fulfillment and contentment. Sounds idealistic, but as spiritual teachers throughout history have said…
‘Become the change that you want to see in the world’

…the reality of it is that if individuals are able to let go of their hang ups, their fears and feelings of dis-empowerment, insecurity and vulnerability… and begin to experience the true flow of universal energy and light…then their life experience shifts…
They begin to live in a different paradigm… of possibilities, opportunities and new expansive experiences that encourage and support their growth and development…
The more individuals that raise their awareness in this way… the greater the awareness of society increases… and society morphs accordingly… Humanity is splitting…those that seek to grow, to follow their inner pull for a more expansive experience of ‘life’ and those that remain clinging to the old paradigm…
One stone, one ripple, and it begins with you.
Who are you truly? On the inside? What inspires you and makes your heart sing? What is your passion, your purpose?
