Commit To Your Dream

Commit To Your dream: Saying ’yes’ to your paradigm shift takes courage. Sounds easy on paper… or when you are in the relative comfort of your current status quo…after all, even if that status quo isn’t ‘ideal’ isn’t truly reflective of ‘you,’ it is still a comfort zone… one that you know.

However…saying yes to a paradigm shift, to embrace an evolved state of being… to live a transcendent life…then you have to stretch your boundaries…you have to GROW.

And this can be, is, as scary as Hell. Fear, anxiety, doubt…all of it kicks in.

But the question is…

Are you going to attach to those feelings and so limit your growth, stay put and reside permanently in a state of regret and ‘what if’? A state where frustration and resentment lead to a perpetuate state of regret? Did you know that the greatest regret of the dying is not actually having lived? That many people as they face the end of their lives face an enormous regret of ‘what if?’ ??

Attaching to the limitations leads to stagnation and this leads to a state of dis –ease. Your energies, your chakras become clogged, your energy and your body becomes tense and heavy… a downward spiral of ‘decay’

Do not wait. Waiting creates weight. Lighten up and take the plunge…

Neither do paradigm shifts get any easier. Sure they are different. As you evolve you are faced with different dynamics, greater leaps…challenges that stretch you and encourage you to expand further…

The natural way of nature is to grow, to express life…  It is a misconception therefore to view great spiritual leaders, or individuals that inspire you as: ‘it’s all right for them…they had it easy…they were lucky’

To be frank… such thoughts are absolute rot.

Inspirations may come easier…they may have been in the flow and as such have gone with their intuition and trusted their inner guidance more readily, but they still had to do the doing. They still had to face their own demons of doubt and fear and committing to their dream…they had to go for it.

So…with thoughts and feelings on my latest paradigm leap rattling through me…I plunge into the sea this morning. The sunlight glowing like gold around me… I accept that I live on the edge of ‘norm’…that it may seem crazy to some… but I wouldn’t have it any other way…

What about you? What do you dream? What do you need to say ‘yes’ to?

Namaste
