Flow: Life is all about ‘flow.’ That was my reflection this morning. Nothing new I suppose. But it hit home that throwing yourself in the river, in effect you are literally throwing yourself in the ‘flow’ Thought made me smile this morning anyway.

The most significant experience for me is that I have discovered my creativity… Kay and her Kaiamea has aided all aspects of my life, including at home and at work. I had become so bogged down with living I had forgotten how to open my eyes.
