Embrace the flow

Embrace the flow: River a welcome respite from the heat today…felt lovely to be in the water. Lay submersed and watched 8 bright electric blue damsel flies put on an air display…simply magic…glistening like jewels against the green of the reeds along the river bank.

Been exploring different swim spots for a few days…and have found some that have touched my heart…it leaves me with a feeling of awe…how when you expand, grow and shift paradigms then the external experience mirrors that shift… miracles do happen…if you allow them the space to show up by being true to your core authentic self.

Anyways… on with the flow… my electric blue damsel flies decide to land right next to me… they seem to be watching…waiting to see what I intend to ‘do’ next…

We always have a choice, but my ethos is, to follow your heart…even if ‘head’ is crying out in objection to seeming illogical intentions…and projecting all the possible things that could ‘go wrong’…

No expectation…no projection…take a deep breath and step forward in the direction that your heart has shown…

…the damsel flies appear satisfied…they fly in unison over the surface of the water and disappear downstream…

Embrace the flow that is your life…
