Sometimes you have to reclaim your power. Reclaim it…not because anyone has taken it – at least not lately – but rather reclaim it from yourself in that you have spiralled into a pattern of self doubt and self sabotage.

Sometimes you just need ‘space’…. some of us recognise the need for this more than others….some of us are acutely aware that we need this ‘space’ for our sanity… the world of ‘hubbub’ and needing ‘noise’ and distraction in order to feel safe just doesn’t ‘compute’.

Drifting mist and fog but the air uncannily warm made for a mysterious and lush swim this morning. Headed further down river and found this secret place on the estuary.
