Autumn official somehow when October hits… at such times its nice to get in the sea…a reminder of the summer gone.

Early morning swim means leaving the house in almost dark now…not usually an issue, but dependant on tiredness and emotions I find.

Late swim today and the world was more awake because of that. Watched these guys after my dip. They were really fascinating and I found it mindfully absorbing observing them interacting in their world.

What is it with people and gossip? It can be a challenge when you are in a group of people and you feel the loaded comments.
