White frost start…typical Winter Wonderland. Made all the ‘Moor’ interesting by the usual un-gritted roads.

Typical mist on the moor this morning. One of those times when if you are not mindful the mist can be oppressive. The thick damp air can drag you down

I dislike proverbial cages around myself. I know…I have tried them. Some consciously, others subconsciously. Both ‘sorts’ equally debilitating and emotionally stifling.

Gratitude…One of those moments today when living in gratitude is easy. Just take a look around and literally you have a 360 of the awesome beauty of nature in the early morning light.
